In the local bars Spain it is possible to enjoy a glass of decent wine for 1 Euro. However, there are already a number of producers, whose wines take the highest price bracket.
Spain continues to occupy a strong position in the European wine market, in terms of quality and price. But collectors are already starting to go crazy on some samples from regions such as Rioja, Ribera Del Duero, Priorat and relatively unknown Bierzo (Bierzo).
Many of these wines combine a small production and high scores from Robert Parker. Perhaps they aren’t ready to press the “luxury” regions of France, but the fact remains: the top Spaniards occupy more and more space in the cellars of younger and less conservative collectors – in particular, the Americans with the Spanish (Latin American) roots, and those who travel a lot in Spain and loves this country.
