Mulled red wine:
- 1 liter of dry red wine
- 1 small orange
- 14 grapefruit
- 1 medium Apple
- 13 Cup sugar
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2-3 sticks cloves
Finely chop the fruits, gently squeeze and put in the wine.Add the spices and bring the wine to a boil.
Optionally, you can add cardamom.
Mulled white wine:
- 1 liter of dry white wine
- 1 small orange
- 1 Apple
- 14 of lemon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 13 Cup sugar
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2-3 sticks cloves
- Nutmeg (grated on the tip of a knife, from a – RUB 16 walnut)
Finely chop the fruits, gently squeeze and put in the wine.Add the spices and bring the wine to a boil.
Optionally, you can add cardamom, ginger.
Boil the mulled wine is not necessary, unless you want to evaporate a couple of degrees of alcohol.
