Dobesedno &#8220;za Pavia&#8221;, tj. del Pavia onstran reke Pad.\n <\/p>\n<p>\nNahaja se v bli\u017eini Milan in je obrobljen z vinorodnih obmo\u010dij Emilia-Romagna in Piemont.\n<\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/dfa46e76b4b24d2ba3e5e9c4f766fe68.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"remark\">Vinogradi Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese<\/p>\n<p>\nVinogradi Oltrep\u00f2 obmo\u010dje se nahaja v vzno\u017eju Alp, med gore in reke Pad. Lokalno mikroklimo je zelo ugodno za trto, in dobro izsu\u0161ena tla bogata z glina in lapor. Glavni znaki med belci je Malvazija in Mu\u0161kat, ki so dodeljeni vodilno vlogo pene\u010da in sladka vina, in na robu stoji Cortese. Mu\u0161kat \u0161e vedno se vino v passito slog (passito iz su\u0161enega grozdja) in liquoroso (liquoroso, liker).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Na strani inovacije<\/b> \u2013 pene\u010de vino, pene\u010da (tj., tradicionalne stopinj &#8220;ve\u010d&#8221; kot v champagne) in \u0161e vedno vina iz lokalnih sort.
