Je hornat\u00e1 oblas\u0165, v Severo-Z\u00e1padnom rohu talianskeho \u00fazemia na hranici s Franc\u00fazskom a \u0160vaj\u010diarskom.\n <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/12fd7e556dd0216db1c468a556b1cb21.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nAj napriek svojej ve\u013emi skromn\u00e9 ve\u013ekos\u0165 a minim\u00e1lne sl\u00e1vu vo svete v\u00edna, k dispoz\u00edcii je \u0161irok\u00fd sortiment v\u00edn z oboch miestnych a medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch odr\u00f4d, z ktor\u00fdch hlavn\u00e9 je \u010derven\u00e1 picotendro (Picotendro) je miestne odrody Nebbiolo.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAosta je ur\u010dite pod vplyvom svojich susedov. Tu je franc\u00fazsky ofici\u00e1lne druh\u00fd jazyk, a franc\u00fazskych odr\u00f4d s\u00fa nie menej ako talianska. Chardonnay a Gamay rastie spolu Nebbiolo a Dolcetto.\n<\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/0b28978b63dfa7a2069b1d8f821a34a0.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nOkrem obvykl\u00fdch odr\u00f4d, Region\u00e1lneho \u00dastavu Po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstva (Institut Agricole R\u00e9gional) tvor\u00ed zoznam miestnych domorodcov, z ktor\u00fdch niektor\u00e9 s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 na v\u00fdrobu odrodov\u00e9 v\u00edna, niektor\u00e9 iba v zlo\u017een\u00ed zmes\u00ed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nPetit Rouge (Petit Rouge) \u2013 najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie nat\u00edvne po vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00fdch picotendro. Okrem t\u00fdchto spolo\u010dn\u00fdch fumin (Fumin) a de Vienne Nah\u00e9 (Vien de Nus), d\u00e1va istotu, pikantn\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9 v\u00edna.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBiele v\u00edno s ovocnou v\u00f4\u0148ou s\u00fa vyr\u00e1ban\u00e9 v such\u00e9 a sladk\u00e9 verzie odr\u00f4d prie Blanc (Pri\u00e9 Blanc), Moscato Bianco (Moscato Bianco) a Pinot Grigio (Pinot Grigio).\n<\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/6e10fb49990df7c76062c1b1af46925f.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nPribli\u017ene jedna tretina v\u0161etk\u00fdch v\u00edn z Aosta Valley, vyr\u00e1ba nieko\u013eko dru\u017estvo vin\u00e1rstvo, skladaj\u00faci sa z asi 450 pestovate\u013eov-\u010dlenovia. Menej ako \u0161tvrtina z celkovej produkcie je prezentovan\u00e9 v\u00edna DOC kateg\u00f3rie, a ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 sa pred\u00e1va v regi\u00f3ne.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nZatia\u013e \u010do v Valle d&#8217;aosta nie je appellation na DOCG, to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee nie je kvalitn\u00e9 v\u00edno. Rozmarn\u00fd prel\u00ednanie odr\u00f4d, terroirs a kult\u00farne funkcie vytv\u00e1ra zauj\u00edmav\u00fd obraz miestne v\u00edno.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nKostru tejto oblasti s\u00fa hniezdia v Granska \u00fazkom \u00fadol\u00ed \u00c1lp, stre\u010ding Juho-V\u00fdchodne od v\u00fd\u0161iny Mont Blanc na hranice Piemontu. Jeho vinohradn\u00edckej z\u00f3ne sa nach\u00e1dza medzi Morgex a La Salle de (Morgex et de la Salle, ktor\u00e9ho vinohrady s\u00fa medzi najvy\u0161\u0161ie v Eur\u00f3pe) a Donnas (Donnas).\n<\/p>\n<p>Je to len asi 70 km na d\u013a\u017eku. Tento segment sa nach\u00e1dza a mesta Aosta a in\u00e9 \u010diastkov\u00e9 raj\u00f3ny DOC: \u0160tvrtiny d Arvieux (d&#8217;enfer Arvier), Torrette (Torrette), Nah\u00fd (Nus), Chamba (Chambave) a Arnad-Montjovet (Arnad-Montjovet).\n<\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/dca77023b8c9e1f62f581e079c9668dc.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nV\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina vin\u00edc Aosta rozdelen\u00e9 na strm\u00e9 ju\u017en\u00e9 svahy nad riekou Dora Baltea (Dora Baltea) \u2013 pr\u00edtok Po rieke (Po). Dramatick\u00fd topografiu a z\u00fa\u017eenie oblasti doliny je \u013eavej nie je tak ve\u013ea miest vhodn\u00fdch na pestovanie v\u00ednnej r\u00e9vy. Podstatn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 poste\u013e z \u00fadolia je bohat\u00e1 na miner\u00e1ly a vlhkosti v p\u00f4de je jednoducho pr\u00edli\u0161 plodn\u00e9 pre technick\u00e9 vinohradn\u00edctva a v\u00fdroby dobr\u00e9ho v\u00edna. Preto v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina najlep\u0161ie vinohrady vysaden\u00e9 na svahoch a vyliez\u0165 na ne nadmorskej v\u00fd\u0161ke asi ako 1 300 metrov nad morom.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nKl\u00edma Aosta Valley, nie celkom typick\u00e9 pre Alpine v\u00edno z\u00f3n. Skuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee to spad\u00e1 do tzv. regi\u00f3ne d\u00e1\u017e\u010f tie\u0148 vytvoren\u00fd Z\u00e1padn\u00e9 Alpy, \u010do je d\u00f4vod, pre\u010do let\u00e1 s\u00fa tepl\u00e9 a such\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAv\u0161ak, v noci teplota je tu ove\u013ea ni\u017e\u0161ia ako cez de\u0148.
