Lig\u00faria je zn\u00e1ma ako talianske Rivi\u00e9ry, sl\u00e1vny c\u00f4te d &#8218; azur.\n <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/fc177240dc11d9a04838c5c728a05acf.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nLen v Lig\u00farii pod vinicami zamestn\u00e1va 6000 hekt\u00e1rov, z toho len asi 500 patr\u00ed do kateg\u00f3rie DOC. V\u00fdrobn\u00e1 kapacita je 280&#8217;000 hektolitrov ro\u010dne, z toho 75% je biele v\u00edno a o 13&#8217;000 hektolitrov \u2013 DOC kateg\u00f3rie. C tieto parametre, Lig\u00faria je umiestnen\u00fd na predposlednom mieste z h\u013eadiska produkcie v\u00edna zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch regi\u00f3nov Talianska.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nKl\u00edma Lig\u00faria do Stredomoria, p\u00f4da je v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou zl\u00e1 a skalnat\u00e9. Krajine dominuje vrchy, na brehu vzia\u0165 v\u00fdh\u013eadom na skaly, pot\u00e1panie prudko do mora. Tento topografie vytv\u00e1ra zjavn\u00fdch \u0165a\u017ekost\u00ed pre vinohradn\u00edctvo. Ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo miestne v\u00edna odch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa Taliansku.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Odrody<\/h2>\n<p>\nV Lig\u00farii pestuje stovky odr\u00f4d hrozna, ale je zn\u00e1my predov\u0161etk\u00fdm biele v\u00edna z Vermentino, tu zn\u00e1me pod n\u00e1zvom pigato (Pigato) \u2013 pre hrdzav\u00e1 farba \u0161kv\u0155n (pighe), ktor\u00e1 je pokryt\u00e1 zrel\u00e9 bobule v tejto triede.\n <\/p>\n<p>    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/9a6015378941cc43c3a60c31664128ce.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nDlho tam boli diskusie, \u010di je jedin\u00e1 odroda alebo e\u0161te inak. Posledn\u00fdch DNA testy preuk\u00e1za\u0165 svoju toto\u017enos\u0165. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dne, Lig\u00farskeho biele v\u00edno z Pigato m\u00e1 r\u00f4zne pr\u00edchute, obsiahnut\u00fdch v Lig\u00farii: so\u013e mora a horsk\u00fdch ihli\u010dnat\u00fdch stromov z u\u017e spomenut\u00fdch &#8222;mineralita&#8220;.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nNajzn\u00e1mej\u0161ie \u010cerven\u00e9 regi\u00f3nu vyroben\u00e9 z odr\u00f4d Rossese (Rossese), d\u00e1va jemn\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9, mierne pikantn\u00e9 v\u00edno, a ormeasco (Ormeasco), zn\u00e1my ako Piemonte, Dolcetto (Dolcetto).\n<\/p>\n<h2>Na ozna\u010den\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>\nV minulosti tam bola len jedna DOC Rossese di Dolceacqua (Rossese di Dolceacqua), vytv\u00e1ra m\u00e4kk\u00e9, vo\u0148av\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9 v\u00edna. Teraz po\u010det dosiahol osem DOC\u043e\u0432.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nNa Colline di Levanto (Colline di Levanto DOC) v bielej verzii podobn\u00e9 v\u00edno Cinque Terre DOC, ale s viac dlhotrvaj\u00facu v\u00f4\u0148u. \u010cerven\u00e1 verzia (rosso) toto pomenovanie je zalo\u017een\u00e9 na Sangiovese (Sangiovese) a chiledzholo (Ciliegiolo).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nGolfo del Tigullio (Golfo del Tigullio), ktor\u00fdch \u00fazemie sa nach\u00e1dza medzi Janov a La Spezia, dostal DOC stav v roku 1997. Takmer nezn\u00e1ma appellation produkuje vynikaj\u00face v\u00edno ako passito (zo su\u0161en\u00e9ho hrozna) a odr\u00f4d \u010dist\u00e9ho Lig\u00farskeho p\u00f4vodu, ako s\u00fa bianchetta Genovese (Bianchetta Genovese).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nColli di luni (Colli di Luni) \u2013 CHOP, ktor\u00e9ho n\u00e1zov sa preklad\u00e1 ako &#8222;mesiac kopcov&#8220;, produkuje \u010derven\u00e9 a biele v\u00edna, \u0161t\u00fdle a odr\u00f4d, ktor\u00e9 je hybrid medzi typick\u00e9 Lig\u00farii a Tosk\u00e1nsku.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nVal Polcevera (Val Polcevera) \u2013 \u00fadolie rieky Polcevera, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa udelen\u00e9 uznanie ako pomenovanie v roku 1999. Vytv\u00e1ra ve\u013emi \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu \u0161t\u00fdlov: tich\u00e9 biele, \u010derven\u00e9 a ru\u017eov\u00e9, \u0161umiv\u00e9 Spumante a frizzante, sladk\u00e9 passito \u0161t\u00fdl (passito).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOrmeasco di Pornassio (Ormeasco di Pornassio), ako nazna\u010duje n\u00e1zov, je venovan\u00e1 r\u00f4zne ormeasco. Tak\u017ee v Lig\u00faria je n\u00e1zov odrody Dolcetto, n\u00e1m zn\u00e1me t\u00fdm, \u017ee v\u00edna z Piemontu. Zn\u00e1me biele v\u00edna z pigato (Vermentino) a \u010derven\u00e1 od ormeasco a Rossese. Tento spravodliv\u00fd-stiahol domorodci robia st\u00e1le a \u0161umiv\u00fdch v\u00edn a stredne pln\u00e9 telo so \u017eivou citrusov\u00fd buket s t\u00f3nmi \u017elt\u00e9ho jablka a k\u00f4stkov\u00e9 ovocie. N\u00e1zov lumassina je odvoden\u00fd od lumachina, t. j. slim\u00e1k.
