Terroir) je mno\u017eina v\u0161etk\u00fdch lok\u00e1lnych faktorov vin\u00e1rstva, ktor\u00e9 definuj\u00fa kytice a potenci\u00e1l v\u00edno pred starnut\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>\nNajviac \u00fapln\u00e9 a v\u00fdsti\u017en\u00e9 defin\u00edcie, pod\u013ea m\u00f4jho n\u00e1zoru, dal sl\u00e1vny Americk\u00fd v\u00edno expert Hugh Johnson: <strong>terroir je prostredie p\u00f4vodu<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n Pojem je odvoden\u00fd z latinsk\u00e9ho. terra \u2013 &#8222;zem&#8220;, &#8222;p\u00f4dy&#8220;. Ale ako je to v pr\u00edpade mnoh\u00fdch technick\u00fdch podmienok, doslovn\u00fd preklad nie je da\u0165 pln\u00fd porozumenia pripojen\u00e9 k pojem zmysel.
