Je vyr\u00e1ban\u00e1 len v Piemonte, hlavne v provincii Asti, a to v\u00fdhradne z odrody Moscato Bianco (biela Muscat), s n\u00edzkym obsahom alkoholu.\n<\/p>\n<p> Asti Spumante je opr\u00e1vnen\u00fd vykon\u00e1va\u0165 v ka\u017edej verzii sladkosti, vr\u00e1tane extra such\u00e9, ve\u013emi such\u00e9), s v\u00fdnimkou vzoriek vyroben\u00e9 pod\u013ea klasick\u00e1 met\u00f3da, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje iba na sladk\u00fa verziu. Mimo Talianska sa stretn\u00fa\u0165 verzie l\u00ed\u0161i od sladk\u00fdch \u2013 takmer neskuto\u010dn\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOd roku 1993, kedy kraj bol hodnoten\u00fd najvy\u0161\u0161ie stav-DOCG na f\u013ea\u0161e sektu &#8222;Asti&#8220; prestal p\u00edsa\u0165 slovo &#8222;\u0161umiv\u00e9&#8220; (\u0161umiv\u00e9), akoby chcel zd\u00f4razni\u0165, jeho zvl\u00e1\u0161tne postavenie medzi ostatn\u00fdmi, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa \u010dasto &#8222;\u0161umiv\u00e9&#8220; mo\u017enos\u0165 konkr\u00e9tnej vinohradn\u00edckej oblasti, zatia\u013e \u010do pre Asti DOCG \u0161umiv\u00e9 v\u00edno \u2013 hlavn\u00e1 t\u00e9ma.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAk etiketa hovor\u00ed, \u017ee &#8222;nie\u010do, d&#8217;asti&#8220;, potom m\u00e1te v ruk\u00e1ch r\u00f4znych v\u00edno, ale z rovnakej geografickej oblasti. Je to lacnej\u0161ie a jednoduch\u0161ie klasick\u00e1 (champagne) met\u00f3da, ale vzh\u013eadom na niektor\u00e9 funkcie, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa vhodn\u00e9 pre komplexn\u00e9 \u0161umiv\u00fdch v\u00edn. Asti nie je jedn\u00fdm z nich, tak pokles nebude trpie\u0165. Produkuje such\u00e9 a sladk\u00e9 v\u00edna, chu\u0165, ktor\u00e1 je zvy\u010dajne opisuj\u00fa ako \u010derstv\u00e9ho hrozna,-kvet. &#8222;V\u00e1\u017ene&#8220; v\u00edna vyroben\u00e9 z to nie, ale to je \u00faspe\u0161ne pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd na v\u00fdrobu svetlo, jasn\u00e9, niekedy celkom jasn\u00e9 v\u00edn, vr\u00e1tane jedn\u00fdm z prv\u00fdch miest Moscato d&#8217;asti.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nMoscato d&#8217;asti je \u010dasto zamie\u0148an\u00fd s Asti Spumante.<br \/>\nAle medzi existuj\u00fa ur\u010dit\u00e9 rozdiely.<br \/>\nMoscato d&#8217;asti je sladk\u00e1, menej temperamentn\u00fd a menej alkoholu (4-6%) ako Asti Spumante (a\u017e 9% ALC.). Najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00ed rozdiel je stupe\u0148 viac: Moscato d&#8217;asti je frizzante \u0161t\u00fdl (tlak vo f\u013ea\u0161i a\u017e 1,5 ATM.) a \u0161umiv\u00e9ho Asti je spumante (3.5 ATM.)\n<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"barbera\">Barbera d&#8217;asti<\/h2>\n<p>\n<strong>Barbera d&#8217;asti<\/strong> je jedn\u00fdm z najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edch v\u00edna z regi\u00f3nu Piemont na Severoz\u00e1pade Talianska. V roku 2008 sa dostala stav DOCG. <\/p>\n<p>Je tich\u00fd (nie \u0161umiv\u00e9) \u010derven\u00e9 v\u00edno z Barbera, ktor\u00fd predstavuje najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed podiel v\u00fdsadieb v Piemonte. Pod\u013ea pravidiel regi\u00f3nu, t\u00e1to odroda mus\u00ed by\u0165 najmenej 85% v\u00edna ozna\u010den\u00e9 &#8222;Barbera d&#8217;asti&#8220;, a jeho hr\u00fabka mus\u00ed by\u0165 nie menej ako 11.5%.<br \/>\nV\u00fdrobu tohto v\u00edna je koncentrovan\u00e1 okolo mesta Asti.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/c4b95efc5e43ee17f48bca3e573b5a96.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nBarbera jemnej\u0161ia a viac &#8222;pr\u00edstupn\u00e9&#8220; (vn\u00edmania) v mladom veku, ako Nebbiolo pou\u017eit\u00e9 na v\u00fdrobu sl\u00e1vnych v\u00edn z Piemontu (Barolo, pozrite si \u010das\u0165), pre ktor\u00fdch m\u00e1me radi ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo spotrebite\u013eov.<br \/>\n Av\u0161ak, on je schopn\u00fd starnutia a\u017e 8 rokov.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nV\u00edna, Barbera d&#8217;asti Superiore je vo veku najmenej jeden rok, z ktor\u00fdch aspo\u0148 \u0161es\u0165 mesiacov v sude.
