Miestna mikrokl\u00edma je ve\u013emi priazniv\u00e9 pre v\u00edna, a dobre odvodnenej p\u00f4dy bohat\u00e9 na hliny a marl. Hlavn\u00e9 postavy medzi belochmi je Malvasia a Muscat, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa priraden\u00e9 ved\u00facu \u00falohu na \u0161umiv\u00e9 a sladk\u00e9 v\u00edna, a na ved\u013eaj\u0161iu ko\u013eaj stoj\u00ed Cortese. Pinot Noir je vykvasen\u00e9ho &#8222;ako biela&#8220;, s povolen\u00fd navy\u0161e a\u017e 30% Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio a Chardonnay.\n <\/p>\n<p>\n\u0160umiv\u00e9 v\u00edno \u0161umiv\u00e9 robi\u0165 tradi\u010dn\u00e9 \u0161ampansk\u00e9 met\u00f3dy a autokl\u00e1ve met\u00f3da (Charm).
