Horn\u00e9 Medoc) v Bordeaux regi\u00f3ne. <\/p>\n<p>Margaux je obec, na \u010dele ktorej stoj\u00ed Chateau Margaux (Ch\u00e2teau Margaux), produkuje v\u00edna premi\u00e9ri Grand CRU (Premier Grand Cru). Ale dnes, to appellation zah\u0155\u0148a p\u00e4\u0165 obc\u00ed (alebo obce): <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V Skuto\u010dnosti, Margo (Margaux) <\/li>\n<li>Cantenac (Cantenac)<\/li>\n<li>Arsac (Arsac)<\/li>\n<li>Lebard (Labarde)<\/li>\n<li>Sussan (Soussans)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nSkuto\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee Margo je len pomenovanie, ktor\u00e9ho meno sa zhoduje s \u017eensk\u00e9 meno, mo\u017eno, koniec koncov, nie je len n\u00e1hoda. Oni s\u00fa pr\u00edkladom ve\u013ekorys\u00fd a jemn\u00e9 trieslov\u00e1 v\u00edna, ktor\u00fd je umiestnen\u00fd v pivnici na dlh\u00fa dobu.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nMargo \u2013 prv\u00fd z najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edch ozna\u010denia Bordeaux, na\u0161iel na ceste ved\u00facej z mesta Bordeaux. Jeho kamienkov\u00e9 p\u00f4dy, je spolo\u010dn\u00fd pre v\u0161etky najlep\u0161\u00edch vin\u00edc Medoc, le\u017e\u00ed na pravej ruke. Margo pestovate\u013eov venuj\u00fa menej pozornosti Cabernet Sauvignon, ne\u017e v ostatn\u00fdch ve\u013ek\u00fd komun\u00e1lny ozna\u010denia v m\u00e9doc. V\u00fdsadbu Merlot nie dominuj\u00fa tu, ale toto mno\u017estvo sa st\u00e1va \u010doraz d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ou.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Na Margo charakteristick\u00e9<\/strong> je najten\u0161\u00ed v m\u00e9doc vrstva p\u00f4dy. \u010cas\u0165 \u017eiv\u00edn m\u00e1 m\u00e1lo pon\u00faknu\u0165 vini\u010da, v\u0161ak dokonale absorbuje vodu. Ovocie z vynikaj\u00facej vinohradov, ktor\u00e9 sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v okol\u00ed obce Margaux, vytvori\u0165 tie &#8222;kr\u00e1sne&#8220; \u010derven\u00e9ho v\u00edna z Bordeaux. Tu je s\u00fabor Z\u00e1mku, \u017ee nemaj\u00fa dosah na V\u0161eobecnej \u00farovni, a v\u00edna vyroben\u00e9 st\u00e1le existuje pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edno Margaux eleganciu, je sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 vynikaj\u00face pokrmy, ako Chateaubriand, ka\u010dica, mlad\u00fdch partridge alebo steak-Bordeaux\n<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"shato\">Chateau Margaux<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/ed0dd6add81df129ecdc0c99035d6f24.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Chateau Margaux<\/strong> je najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch Z\u00e1mok Bordeaux: v\u00edna, pod V\u0161eobecn\u00e9 pomenovanie &#8222;Margaux&#8220; \u2013 obvykle viac primit\u00edvne ako presne Chateau Margaux \u2013 kona\u0165 v r\u00f4znych \u010dastiach obce.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nChateau Margaux je plynul\u00fd, nie len v Medoc vinice, prv\u00e1 trieda (Premier Grand Cru), ale kr\u00e1sny ka\u0161tie\u013e v klasicistickom \u0161t\u00fdle.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nNa nejak\u00fd \u010das, to Z\u00e1mku bola tak-tak, ale za\u010diatku v roku 1978 nov\u00fd majitelia, rodina Mentzelopoulos (Mentzelopoulos), o\u017eivil nehnute\u013enos\u0165 a o\u017eivil v\u00fdroby v\u00edna. <\/p>\n<p>\nGr\u00e9cky-narodil Andre Mentzelopoulos on zbohatol v obil\u00ed obchodu v Indii, Pakistane a na \u010falekom V\u00fdchode.
