A to nie je tak ve\u013ea \u0161t\u00fdle, alebo zvl\u00e1\u0161tnosti miestneho chu\u0165, ale z terroir: bohat\u00e9 na kriedou a hliny, miestne p\u00f4dy s\u00fa zvy\u010dajne chladnej\u0161ie ako v Medoc, a menej vhodn\u00e9 pre cel\u00fa dozrievanie Cabernet Sauvignon.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nMerlot je o dve tretiny v\u0161etk\u00fdch v\u00fdsadieb vini\u010da Saint-Emilion a jeho popularita st\u00e1le rastie, a to z d\u00f4vodu, \u017ee v\u00edno je viac m\u00e4kk\u00e9 a zrozumite\u013en\u00e9 pre \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu spotrebite\u013eov.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nV tejto pravidla existuj\u00fa dve v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v\u00fdnimky: Chateau Cheval Blanc, kde 58% z plo\u0161iny \u00fa\u010dtuje Cabernet franc, Chateau Figeac, kde na v\u00ednnej r\u00e9vy a v\u00edna boli rovnako zast\u00fapen\u00e9 Merlot, Cabernet franc, a najm\u00e4 neobvykl\u00e9, ak Cabernet Sauvignon.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCelkovo prevalencia Merlot v Saint-Emilion znamen\u00e1, \u017ee toto v\u00edno nie je tak tvrd\u00e1 a trieslov\u00e1 v mladom veku, ako jeho kolegovia z Medoc. Toto je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm faktorom, ktor\u00fd zabezpe\u010di\u0165 mu uznanie a \u00faspech na medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fdch trhoch.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Vinohradn\u00edckej z\u00f3ne a p\u00f4dy<\/h2>\n<p>\nZ h\u013eadiska Geol\u00f3gie Saint-Emilion m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 rozdelen\u00e9 do troch z\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>\nNajv\u00fdznamnej\u0161ie \u2013 v\u00e1pencov\u00e1 plo\u0161ina, ktor\u00e1 je samotn\u00e9 mesto a kopce okolo neho. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina z najlep\u0161\u00edch vin\u00edc a Z\u00e1mok sa nach\u00e1dza tu, v kilometer od mesta. D\u00f4le\u017eitou v\u00fdnimkou s\u00fa op\u00e4\u0165 uveden\u00e9 chateau Cheval Blanc a Figeac.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nV Ju\u017enej t\u00e1to plo\u0161ina sused\u00ed pieso\u010dnatej nivy, jednofarebn\u00fd, jemne zva\u017euj\u00faca do banky Dordogne. Tento terasa roz\u0161iruje \u010falej na Z\u00e1pad, v susednej Pomerolu, ako legend\u00e1rny Z\u00e1mok ako Petrus a Le Pen.\n<\/p>\n<h2> Sub-ozna\u010denia<\/h2>\n<p class=\"thesis\">\nOd Saint-Emilion 4 satelitn\u00e9 appellation: Lussac (Lussac-Saint-\u00c9milion), Saint-Georges (Saint-Georges-Saint-\u00c9milion), Pyuisgen (Puisseguin-Saint-\u00c9milion) a Montagne (Montagne-Saint-\u00c9milion)\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAko aj k zv\u00fdrazneniu appellation Grand CRU (Saint-\u00c9milion Grand Cru), ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 o nie\u010do pr\u00edsnej\u0161ie pravidl\u00e1.
