Ideea a fost, \u00een \u00eencercarea de a-\u0219i dezvolta produc\u021bia de vin spumant Soave (de aici \u0219i nevoia de tradi\u021bionale pentru vinuri spumante de soiuri). Dar calitatea vinului, se pare c\u0103, pe ordinea de zi nu exista, deoarece produc\u021bia medie de struguri chardonnay a fost apoi 200 chintale la hectar.
