Vin, saturate \u0443\u0433\u043b\u0435\u043a\u0438\u0441\u043b\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0439, se \u00eempart \u00een vinuri spumante \u0219i spumoase (carbogazoase).<br \/>\nLini\u0219tite, vinuri, \u00een func\u021bie de calitatea produc \u043e\u0440\u0434\u0438\u043d\u0430\u0440\u043d\u044b\u043c\u0438, venind \u00een punerea \u00een aplicare f\u0103r\u0103 expunere \u0219i de marc\u0103, adic\u0103, de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate condimentat\u0103 vinuri permanent compozi\u021bia \u0219i propriet\u0103\u021bile organoleptice caracteristice pentru un anumit raion (sector) de vinifica\u021bie.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00cen func\u021bie de tipul \u0219i \u0440\u0435\u0446\u0435\u043f\u0442\u0443\u0440\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e raportului de materii prime, de particularit\u0103\u021bile tehnologiei \u0219i condi\u021biilor de produse finite toate fructe de vin se \u00eempart \u00een 8 grupe: vinuri spumante (albe si roz); efervescente (albe si roz); linguri \u2014 vin sec (alb, roz \u0219i ro\u0219u), cu un con\u021binut de zah\u0103r rezidual de pana la 1% (albe), demidulci (albe, roz \u0219i ro\u0219ii); \u043d\u0435\u043a\u0440\u0435\u043f\u043b\u0435\u043d\u044b\u0435 \u2014 dulci \u0219i licoroase (albe, roz \u0219i ro\u0219ii) ; alcoolizate \u2014 tari, dulci, licoroase \u2013 (albe, roz \u0219i ro\u0219ii); miere \u2014 dulci \u0219i licoroase (albe si roz); aromatizate \u2014 tari, dulci, licoroase (albe, roz \u0219i ro\u0219ii); fructe (albe, roz \u0219i ro\u0219ii). Vinurile de fructe au sc\u0103zut de consum de demnitate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nPrintre vinurile care con\u021bin un exces de dioxid de carbon, cea mai mare valoare au Cidru spumant \u0219i Cidru \u0448\u0438\u043f\u0443\u0447\u0438\u0439. \u0421\u0438\u0434\u0440\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0435 brute, primesc \u0441\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0436\u0438\u0432\u0430\u043d\u0438\u0435\u043c \u043d\u0435\u0440\u0430\u0437\u0432\u0435\u0434\u0435\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e de suc de mere cultural de toamn\u0103-iarn\u0103 soiuri. Redus\u0103 de dulciuri suc de mere l-con\u021binutul de zah\u0103r se aduce la 10% adaos de zah\u0103r.
