On zauzima povr\u0161inu od 54 hektara nevjerojatno strmim terasama s pogledom na \u017denevsko jezero.\n<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/88febdef81bf3058ffe8b3bd46cf1ce2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nU 2007\u043c ove povijesne padine osvojili za vinograda Lavaux status svjetske kulturne ba\u0161tine Unesco-a.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\u0414\u0435\u0437\u0430\u043b\u0435 i susjedni s njim \u041a\u0430\u043b\u0430\u043c\u0435\u043d (Calamin) postali su prvi developed by \u0161vicarski podru\u010djima, kojima je bio dodijeljen status grand cru i \u0431\u0435\u0437\u0440\u0430\u0437\u0434\u0435\u043b\u044c\u043d\u043e je dominirao na ovom pijedestal, sve do 2010, kada je sustav \u043f\u0440\u0435\u043c\u044c\u0435 i grand cru je pro\u0161iren i dopunjen.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAli formiranje klasifikacija jo\u0161 uvijek nije zavr\u0161ena, a tu su neizbje\u017eni za takve sustave nesuglasice oko dodjele posebno najekskluzivnijih i najtra\u017eenijih na tr\u017ei\u0161tu kategorija.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSituacija zbunjuje i ono \u0161to je status grand cru, koji dodjeljuje \u0414\u0435\u0437\u0430\u043b\u0435, bitno se razlikuje od onih utemeljenih na cuvee statusa grand cru drugih \u0161vicarskih teritorija. Od njih \u010dine \u043c\u043e\u043d\u043e\u0441\u043e\u0440\u0442\u043e\u0432\u044b\u0435 vina i \u043a\u0443\u043f\u0430\u0436\u043d\u044b\u0435 Oeil-de-Perdrix i Salvagnin. Njihova ukupna slijetanja pribli\u017eno jednaka \u043f\u043e\u0441\u0430\u0434\u043a\u0430\u043c \u0448\u0430\u0441\u043b\u044b, \u0161to odra\u017eava \u010dinjenicu da je U bijelih vina proizvedena gotovo dvostruko vi\u0161e nego crvenih.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOve tri dominantne vrste su dopunjeni sortama: \u0433\u0430\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0443\u0430\u0440 i \u0433\u0430\u043c\u0430\u0440\u0435 (rezultati kri\u017eanja gamer i \u0440\u0430\u0439\u0445\u0435\u043d\u0448\u0442\u0430\u0439\u043d\u0435\u0440\u0430), merlot (koji mo\u017ee dati ovdje se rezultati ne i gore nego u Ticino), pa \u010dak i malo syrah.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nU vinskoj industriji u \u0160vicarskoj je formalna klasifikacija \u0430\u043f\u0435\u043b\u043b\u0430\u0441\u044c\u043e\u043d\u043e\u0432 nije do kraja 1980-ima. Sada je ve\u0107 sasvim \u043e\u0444\u043e\u0440\u043c\u0438\u0432\u0448\u0430\u044f\u0441\u044f struktura.
