Champagne these varieties can only be two: Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.\n <\/p>\n<p>\nThe concept of producing white wine from black grapes may seem strange to the uninitiated, but for champagne it is quite a common practice. A large part of sparkling wine is made from a mixture of black and white varieties, mostly Chardonnay, more rarely Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc, and very rarely \u2013 Petit m\u00e9li\u00e8s and arban.\n <\/p>\n<p>         <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/4432fe90dc39c853467fbed25ebb3a42.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"thesis\">\nThanks to the careful pressing, in which the pigments are not squeezed out of the skins of berries, the juice becomes transparent and almost colorless.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nBlanc de Noir is made from grapes southern part of the champagne region, where the terroir is more suited for dark varieties than in the North.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nAmong the most famous of this type of champagne: Krug Clos d Ambon (Krug Clos d&#8217;ambonnay) and Borlange Vieille Vignes fran\u00e7aise (Bollinger Vieilles Vignes Francaises), they are also among the most expensive among the champagne at all.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe first is made from Pinot Noir with surrounded by a concrete wall of plot 1 acre (0.4 hectares) in the village of Ambonnay. The second, often referred to as an abbreviation for VVF, made from ungrafted vines dofilloksernogo Pinot Noir. These vines grow on two tiny walled areas: Chaudes Ter (Terres Chaudes) and Clos Saint-Jacques (Clos Saint-Jacques).
