En 2004, va organitzar la primera Jornada &#8220;Vins i la filosofia&#8221;, posteriorment, va publicar un llibre sobre el mateix tema \u2013 &#8220;les Q\u00fcestions de gust&#8221; (2007).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n M\u00e9s tard, a l&#8217;Institut de filosofia de la Universitat de Londres, es va fundar el Centre per a l&#8217;Estudi dels Sentits (CenSes) \u00e9s un f\u00f2rum interdisciplinari per filos\u00f2fic i neuroscientific consultes relatives a la naturalesa dels sistemes sensorials i el treball dels sentits.\n <\/p>\n<p>\nVaig prendre Barry entrevista sobre temes rellevants per el meu nou llibre, i al mateix temps demanar-li un parell de preguntes sobre la subjectivitat de la percepci\u00f3 del gust i aromes dels vins.\n<\/p>\n<p>  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/423c6f0d92733cfbb562a6d88a4d0fad.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nPer comen\u00e7ar, vaig preguntar a la filosofia de fons: que la filosofia pot donar a la neuroci\u00e8ncia?
